Course Description:
All managers are negotiators. This role is growing in importance as we recognize our need for increased teamwork and cooperation within and across unit boundaries. If we are committed to working with our colleagues and even with our "opponents" to reach mutually beneficial agreements, our successes will multiply. This session helps develop skills for creating win-win outcomes and for managing our conflicts more effectively.
