Title:	2010 WACUBO Executive Leadership and Management Institute
Course Description:	The institute is a graduate-level, total immersion experience covering the understanding and practice of skills needed to succeed in higher education. The ELMI is not like a conference or “drive through” seminar. Its central feature is the conscious tailoring to the needs and situation of each participant. The Institute is not about leadership in general, but how each person can see specific ways to exercise leadership and be more effective on campus.
