These competencies focus on developing concrete benchmarks, assessment measures, and other tools to quantitatively describe the organization and organizational performance.  They include:

  • Developing quantitative and qualitative measures and employing comparative analysis strategies, e.g., benchmarks; budget; systems; performance; productivity measures
  • Measuring and monitoring organizational productivity, e.g., statistics/data; financial/budget data; management information systems; internal controls
