- Championing holistic thinking about sustainability (e.g. decision-making and strategic planning through the lens of sustainability for the institution)
- Developing a culture of sustainability (e.g. how an institutional commitment to sustainability can strengthen student, faculty, and alumni support)
- Sustainability Assessment and Measurement (e.g. creating metrics and assessments to measure progress in operations, planning and other sustainability benchmarks)
